Collections, deliveries and returns
Collecting your order
If your order is placed before 4 pm on Monday to Thursday, it will be available for collection from your surgery after 2 pm the following day subject to our normal opening hours.
If ordering on a Friday before 4pm, your order should be available the following Monday after 2pm.
Any orders received between 4 pm Friday and 4pm Monday will be available from 2 pm on the Tuesday.
We are not open for collection on Bank Holidays. These days will delay availability for 24 hours.
Delivery is available to addresses within 5 miles of one of our surgeries for a charge of £6. Your goods will be delivered to your registered address. Add a note to your order where you would like the goods to be left. Delivery within 4 days of your order and we will send an email to say when we will be coming. Orders over £50 will be delivered free of charge. Unfortunately we are unable to take payment for delivery via our online shop at present. If you wish your purchases to be delivered please select one of the 'deliver' options when choosing 'my surgery' at the checkout. If you do not qualify for free delivery we will contact you and take payment direct .
Items ordered under the Equistro postal category will be dispatched direct from Equistro. Prices quoted include delivery.
Hill's Science Plan and Royal Canin have a satisfaction guarantee on their food. Should your pet find the food unpalatable your money can be refunded but you willl need to return the food to the surgery for a refund to be awarded.
Any food found to have an expiry date within 1 month of the collection date will be replaced free of charge.
Otherwise, we cannot accept any returns of food, drugs, supplements, chews, snacks or other consumable products.
We will accept returns of leads, collars, bowls and other non-consumable accessories providing they are returned in the state in which they were sold, with their packaging completely intact and proof of purchase within 21 days of the purchase date.
